The only playable demons are Succubi, Incubi, Pit Lords and Devils.

The inhabitants of Nortiimus.
Nortiimus cannot be found on the map. It is a place which is completely isolated from the rest of the world. No one knows where it is.
All demons are immune to fire, and with the exeption of the Horned Demon, all demons are immune to mind controll.

Demons do not age above the age of 18, they do not get ill, they do not need food or drink, but are not undead either.

Imps

The weakest of all demons.

Horned Demons

The stupidest of all demons, but very strong.

Cerberus

Three-headed demon dogs, very fierce, very dangerous.

Succubus and Incubus

From this "race", Succubi are the Women, Incbubi are the Men.
Succubi are the masters of seduction, Incubi are the masters of tortue. Both of them also make very good spies and scouts.
Unlike imps and horned demons, the tilte of the succubus and incubus is not fixed: they can be anything from a chained slave to the lord of all demons.
All Succubi and Incubi have the ability to shapeshift, and are also very good at magic.

Strenght:
Minimal: 8 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 18 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)
Agility:
Minimal: 9 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 19 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)
Intelligence:
Minimal: 12 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 20 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)
Wisdom:
Minimal: 8 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 18 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)
Endurance:
Minimal: 8 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 18 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)
Charisma:
Minimal: 14 (can be only smaller if reasoned properly in the biography)
Maximal: 24 (can be only bigger if reasoned properly in the biography)

Efreet

Evil versions of the genies.
They are very good at magic and also have fire shields.

Pit Lord

They look kinda like of you crossed a horned demon and an incubus. But theese are much better than both.
Pit Lords are among the best warriors and wizards of the demons, and sometimes are employed as commanders.
Pit Lords have the very same Shapeshifting ability that Succubi and Incubi have. In addition to that, Pit Lords also have a permanent "human form" in addition to their "demon form". Their "human form" is basicly what they looked like before they became demons.
The "human form" is more reliable than Shapeshifting, because Shapeshifting is only an illusion which is lifeless, and it's a cover which is blown easily. But the "human form" is not an illusion, it is just as real and living as the demon itself, or any human being.

They are the strongest of the demons. Both physically and magically. Only angels may compare to their strength.
Devils have the very same Shapeshifting ability that Succubi and Incubi have. In addition to that, Devils also have a permanent "human form" in addition to their "demon form". Their "human form" is basicly what they looked like before they became demons (except if the devil was formerly a lich or a dragon: in that case, he has to create a human form for himself, and chose what it will look like and what will its voice sound like)

The process of Demonization

Demonization is the process of transforming a non-demon into a demon. If the demonized person is evil, his/her memory will be kept. If the demonized is good/neutral, then his/her memories will be all wiped out. Off course, those memories may return, under certain circumstances. What are these circumstances? First off, the demon who was formerly good or neutral must be isolated from other demons. Second, the demons must be under certain de-demonizing influence: religon, light magic, love, or even certain kinds of dark magic (such as those dealing with necromancy and undead)
Let's see what they are made of.

Imps: gnomes, halflings, dwarves, goblins, kobolds, fairies, and other small creatures
Horned Demons: trolls, ogres, and other strong-but-stupid creatures
Cerberi: any kind of dog or wolf (you need 3 dogs/wolves for 1 cerberus)
Succubi and Incubi: humans, elves, orcs, lizardmen
Nightmares: horses, unicorns, pegasi
Efreets: genies
Pit Lords: vampires, werewolves, and stronger wizards, priests and knights
Devils / Demon Lords: liches, dragons and stronger wizards, priests and knights
